Omnicom users are unable to access one or more Microsoft 365 services

The vendor Microsoft has updated that they've worked with the third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) and confirmed that a change within their managed environment resulted in an impact. The ISP has reverted the change to resolve the issue. Should you experience further issues, please contact a Paige representative via chat to report the issue.

Omnicom users are unable to access one or more Microsoft 365 services

The vendor Microsoft has updated they've worked with the third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) and confirmed that a change within their managed environment resulted in an impact. The ISP has reverted the change and they are seeing signs of recovery. The vendor is continuing to monitor network telemetry data to ensure a full recovery of services. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available, but no later than 12th September at 11:30 AM EST (15:30 PM UTC).

The Microsoft Teams outage is disrupting business operations, causing login issues, message delays, meeting disruptions, and problems with file sharing and notifications. This is impeding communication and collaboration, leading to lower productivity and operational inefficiencies. The Omnicom IT team has been engaged and is investigating the issue. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available, but no later than 12th September at 10:45 AM EST(14:45 PM UTC).

Omnicom users unable to change status in Microsoft Teams


Microsoft has confirmed that the issue with users being unable to change status in Microsoft Teams been resolved, affected Omnicom users who reported this issue have confirmed that the issue is no longer present.

Omnicom users are unable to change status in Microsoft Teams

Microsoft has recognized a problem affecting various O365 services worldwide within their systems. The issue also affected Omnicom users, specifically hindering their ability to modify status settings in MS Teams. Following measures to redirect network traffic, Microsoft has reported that service functionality is being restored to normal. We will provide more information upon a significant change in status, but no later than 03:30 AM UTC (13:30 PM AEST).
