The vendor has delivered the switch to the data center, the activity is planned to replace the faulty switch at 8PM CDT. We will provide more information as it becomes available or upon a significant change in status

The vendor has now provided a delivery date of Tuesday, May 18th for the replacement switch.  We will provide more information as it becomes available or upon a significant change in status.

We have noticed another port failure in the replaced redundant switch. We do not see any business impact as the primary switch is active. A NEW CISCO TAC case is raised and we have informed the vendor to replace the chassis. We will provide more information as it becomes available or upon a significant change in status.

We have noticed a failure in a redundant switch during the Omnicom Quarterly Data Center Maintenance for the Atlanta data center location, impacting the resilience of the OMC Gold Websites. A CISCO TAC case is raised and vendor suggested on replacing the chassis. We will provide more information post the replacement.

There may be service disruptions as part of the maintenance activities during this time.
