The Virtualization team rebooted the network module on the chassis which resolved the issue. The hosts on the chassis are in maintenance mode and will remain in maintenance mode for 24 hours for monitoring. All VMs were failed over to another host cluster within the Woking data center and have remained online. We believe all services have been restored. Infrastructure and Virtualization continue to investigate the root cause in regards to the multiple hosts being non-responsive. We will provide more information upon a significant change in status. Multiple hosts that support one or more hosted servers in the Woking data center were non-responsive.  The hosts were failed over. Therefore, your virtual machine(s) may have experienced a restart.  The Infrastructure and Virtualization teams are continuing to investigate the cause of the issue.  We will provide more information as it becomes available, but no later than 10:46 AM UTC.
