Cisco Anyconnect VPN connectivity

We’ve been informed that users should be able to connect to the Internet and VPN connectivity should have improved due to traffic having been routed to the new VPN tenancy in London. However, some agencies may be unable to access sites that they accessed previously which will require whitelisting. If you can’t access a site that you were previously able to access, please raise a ticket with Paige to have the site whitelisted. Also, please be aware improvements are continuing to be made. We will provide more information as it becomes available or upon a significant change in status.

The Omnicom WAN team has identified a few routing issues affecting VPN connectivity for EMEA users which has resulted in users either not being able to connect to Internet or users are experiencing latency while connected to VPN. The WAN team has engaged with the cloud vendor to reroute traffic by creating a new VPN tenancy in London. The vendor has advised these routing changes will require up to 24 hours to complete. We will provide the next update at 9:00 AM GMT or upon a significant change in status.
