Ultra DNS OutageNeustar UltraDNS has advised they show DNS for Europe is now resolving and the US-East coast affected region is continuing to improve. The Modern Workplace Engineer has also confirmed some domains are now resolving in the US-East coast region and service is no longer entirely unavailable. Ultra DNS OutageWe’ve been informed of an outage involving our public DNS provider, Neustar UltraDNS affecting Amsterdam, London, Paris, Frankfurt, Madrid and the US-East Coast regions. They’ve restored service for the Frankfurt, Paris and Madrid regions. However, the Amsterdam, London and US-East Coast regions are still experiencing issues. This is primarily impacting all services for any given Omnicom domain (website, email, etc.). The OMC Modern Workplace team has moved core and critical domains to an alternate provider temporarily. However, users may receive DNS errors when attempting to access services on other Omnicom domains. We will provide more information as it becomes available, but no later than 22:00 UTC (04:00 PM CDT). | |
